Happy Monday!

After make a few tweaks on the backend over the weekend, BackerKit surveys have been sent to all backers. BackerKit has sent an invitation to complete your survey to your email inbox associated with your Kickstarter account. You can also access your survey here: arkworld-collection.backerkit.com

Here are some important dates to remember:

• Surveys Close - 11/13/2023 @ 5 PM CST - BackerKit surveys will be closed. Please have your surveys completed by this time and date. Bacekrs who complete their surveys after this date may experience a delay when it comes time to ship rewards. When surveys close, a 48-Hour Notice to Charge Cards from BackerKit will be sent to your inbox. 

• Cards Charged - 11/15/2023  - BackerKit will charge the card on file to cover shipping fees. Please be sure your card information is correct.

Again, if any information needed to complete your BackerKit survey is not submitted by the dates above, there may be a delay to deliver your reward. Please be sure to have your survey completed and that your card information is up-to-date by the key dates.

If you missed the ArkWorld: The Three Rings campaign on Kickstarter, BackerKit is your last chance to pledge. BackerKit offers anyone who missed the Kickstarter another opporutinty to pledge for any of the exclusives after the campaign ends through the BackerKit Pre-Order section. The BackerKit Pre-Order section will close when surveys are locked down on 11/13 @ 5 PM CST. BackerKit Smoke Test Deployed!

Hey all,

Firstly, we want to say thank you so much again for pledging for ArkWorld: The Three Rings Collected Edition Kickstarter and helping bring this trade paperback to life. 

We are currently in the last round of proofing before we go to press. In the meantime, we have deployed the BackerKit Smoke Test. The BackerKit Smoke Test randomly selects 5% of backers and opens surveys to them. The test will run for 48 hours. If you are selected to fill out your survey during this time and you run into a hiccup or see your survey is missing any details, please shoot us a DM and we will adjust the survey accordingly. Once the test runs and we've sorted out any kinks, we will open BackerKit surveys to all backers on Saturday evening.
